The LGU Ditsa-an Ramain, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby
invites all eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of the following

All particulars relative to the procurement process shall be
conducted in accordance with RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government
Procurement Reform Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
To bid for this contract, a contractor must purchase bid
documents and must meet the following criteria: (a) Filipino citizen/sole
proprietorships, corporations/partnerships/cooperatives/organizations with at
least sixty five percent (65%) interest or outstanding capital stock belongs to
the citizens of the Philippines, (b) completed similar contract whose value
must be at least 50% of the ABC within a period of 5 years, and (c) Net Financing Contracting Capacity at
least equal to ABC, or credit line commitment/cash deposit certificate for at
least 10% of ABC. The BAC will use non discretionary pass/fail criteria in the
eligibility check and preliminary examination of bids.

Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders
upon payment of the non refundable amount as stated above to the Municipal
Treasurer’s Office. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the amount
and acceptable form, as stated in Section 27.2 of the Revised IRR.
Prospective bidders shall submit their duly accomplished
forms as specified in the BDs in two (2) separate bid envelopes to the BAC
Chairman. The first envelope shall contain the technical component of the bid,
which shall include the eligibility requirements. The second envelope shall
contain the financial component of the bid. Contract will be awarded to the
Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid as determined in the bid evaluation and
post-qualification.
The LGU Ditsa-an Ramain assumes no responsibility whatsoever
to compensate indemnity bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of
the bid.
The Bids and Awards Committee of LGU Ditsa-an Ramain
reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process,
and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
